Established in September, 2001, subordinated to Guangdong Food Industry Institute (GDFII), GDFIPFPC was successfully changed its name from Guangdong Food Production Forces Promoting Center in April, 2003. With the aim of improving Guangdong food industry production level and enterprise economy as well as the social comprehensive benefits, with the orientation of facing Guangdong food industry enterprises (especially to the medium-sized and small enterprises), GDFIPFPC organizes scientific forces and strengths by relying on the governmental scientific administration departments and concerned in order to push the combination of science and technology with economy, to promote industrialization of scientific achievement, to strengthen the innovation ability of enterprises in field of technology and to improve enterprises’ market competitive ability so as to offer all-round, multiple and comprehensive service for Guangdong food industry enterprises.
